ArafatCRM is a customer relationship management platform for real estate businesses, providing tools for managing clients, brokers, deals, pipeline tracking, and calendar scheduling.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or viruses

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

6. Google Calendar Integration

The Service offers optional Google Calendar integration. By connecting your Google account:

• You authorize us to create and manage calendar events on your behalf
• We access only the calendar.events scope
• You may disconnect at any time from your profile settings

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
